Students should be reading for a total of 15 minutes each night from the genre or text of their choice. Third grade has a goal of 7 AR points for this 2nd nine weeks. Students should be reading for at least 15 minutes each night from the genre or text of their choice in order to meet or exceed this goal.

Students should know all of the multiplication facts through the tens by this point. Flash cards are a great way for students to review their knowledge of the multiplication tables. We are continuing with division and will be starting two digit multiplication very soon.
